I'm chillaxin about this labor and delivery.

My mind is prepared for this baby to come the way I had originally intended on bringing him into this world. I didn't mean to insinuate in my previous post that my baby is SO HUGE and NO ONE ELSE has a HUGE baby so I'm having a C-section. Drama drama drama, wah wah wah. (SHUSH! No rumors!)
I am simply saying I am OPEN to whatever comes my way and will cooperate with the doc if she feels it is truly medically necessary to get him out. Haven't we all learned that (unless you have a exceptional medical condition) the body is an incredible machine and if you treat it right, it will perform! I like the idea that our bodies produce babies that we are able to handle.

I saw an itty baby today. Made my heart melt and it became instantly real to me. Like, "Oh yeh, my baby is gonna be that tiny too and I'm so excited!" The car seat came in the mail (THANK YOU Grandma Zook, Kim, Karla, and Cindy!) and wow a tiny human will fit in there soon. Amazing.

  1. When I found out my son was breech and I had to have a cesarian I was upset about missing the labor experience... for about 5 minutes. I soon got over it. Yes, the surgery was scary, but then they handed me my little man and seriously, all that mattered was him. Hell, I loved him so much I made another one almost right away. What I'm saying here is best of luck with whatever happens and I'm glad you remember it's all about that that beautiful little boy! Your family is in my prayers. JULY babies ROCKS!
