Man, you've been killin' me lately with your cuteness! Every day I wake up and you look more and more like a little boy than a baby. You will be 5 months old on Christmas Day. People say things like Seems like just yesterday I brought you home from the hospital...but it actually feels like so long ago. A different time. A different era. We were cocooned in newborn babyness. That's over now. We're back to real life. I cannot tell you how excited I am for you to start talking and crawling or walking. You are who you are. Who are you? :)
You are roughly 27" inches long and about 17 pounds. My 5 month old wearing 9 month old clothing. Your little shoulders have rounded deltoids muscles and bulging baby biceps. Just like your dad and I thought; tall like Daddy, muscular like Mommy. You are just awesome.
Last few nights you've been sleeping well. 7 to 8 hours straight. I imagine we'll be back up again every few hours when you go through another growth spurt which is bound to happen soon.
How have you changed my life? I miss you when I'm not with you. I watch the videos of you on my phone at work just to see you. I call you my Reiki baby. You are truly a gift. You are a cool personality, observatory, friendly, and there's still so much to find out.
