Saturday, March 26th marked an important-ish milestone for Baby Z and me. Officially 6 months along! 24 weeks...woo hoo!
Jason and I went up to Dillon, CO for the weekend to stay at our friend's mountain house and to just get away for a bit. View was gorgeous, weather relatively mild, company and home very cozy. Altitude 9651 ft, I believe it said or close to it. I realized pregnancy + altitude = EXTRA hard beating heart!
We stayed in most of the time but Saturday we walked around the shops a bit, stopped at the bookstore, went to the grocery and got some grub.
I say Twilight Zone because I feel like I have now entered the phase where these next 3 months will be the most taxing. Being pregnant has officially begun to feel weird :).At the same time, it's pretty cool knowing he doesn't look like an alien anymore!
Little "T" is super active and growing by the ounce everyday therefore my belly is getting heavier. I definitely need pillows behind me and in front of me to get to sleep and stay supported. Saturday night, I awoke in the middle of the night unable to get comfortable. It's the home stretch from here on out. I was recalling the days when I could walk upstairs without getting out of breath or how my physical performance as an athlete was so different and how I crave that again. I'll get it back soon enough though. Just 3 short months until T arrives!

so glad you had a nice weekend. the past 6 months have seriously flown by!, and the next 3 i'm sure are going to go just as fast.
