T-2 days...

I am anxiously awaiting Thursday to get the kidney ultrasound then Friday when I will get the results of what it going on. My lower back has started to ache and I'm not sure if it's from "flank pain" as they call it when the kidneys are being taxed or just my natural I-gotta-big-booty-and-my-lumbar-curve-is-acting-up. The lumbar curve is a possible explanation. It has ached before from that. I get lazy and not engaging my abs then my lower back takes a hit. I should take my own advise I give to my clients all the time! Engage your abs!

I'm not sweating it too much. I totally trust Dr. Amy and am just interested in the facts. I can overanalyze the crap out of anything.

I can't believe I am already 14 weeks and counting. Still a lot of time til July but a lot to do.

• Paint the room
• Get the crib set up after we get it
• Arrange the room
• Get a glider
• Paint the changing table to match the crib
• Put the stars and wall decorations up
• Disinfect, dust, wipe down the baby items I have from my sister (diaper pail, toys, vibrating slingy chair thingy)
• Wash and put away baby clothes
• Get a baby monitor-- as in we have to pick one out!
• Make the art work I had in mind with some cool paper I bought

Anyone seriously LIKE to paint? Come on over! We'll tape off the room and get 'er done. Jason loathes painting and if I can do it without his help up to his standards, I am sure he would be fine with whatever I do to the room. His standards? No messy paint lines or spots. I can get a little free with my paint brush but it's better he holds such high painting standards! Otherwise, we'd have paint on the ceiling, on the baseboard, some on the carpet....:)
